Fidelity European Values PLC
The Board of Fidelity European Values PLC announces that it has agreed with the
Manager that with effect from 1 January 2015, the Performance fee will be
removed.
Announcing the change, Humphrey van der Klugt, Chairman of Fidelity European
Values PLC, commented: "The Board has agreed with Fidelity that with effect
from 1st January 2015 the investment management performance fee will be
removed. This should mean a lower overall fee for our Shareholders, and a
simple and transparent fee arrangement. Over the last three years our portfolio
manager, Sam Morse, has delivered an annualised return of 16.3% for the NAV of
the Company compared to the benchmark return of 13.9% (data as at 31 December
2014).
The base fee (Annual Management Charge) for the Company calculated on Net Asset
Value remains unchanged at 0.85%.
