Directorate Changes

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Dean Buckley as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 3 November 2015. He will also serve as a member of the Management Engagement, Nomination and Audit Committees of the Board.

Mr. Buckley has over thirty years’ experience in investment management. Until 2014, he was Chief Executive Officer at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. He was the Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Asset Management UK & Middle East between 2001 and 2008 and before that was Chief Investment Officer Equities, Europe from 1995. Prior to that, Mr. Buckley held a number of senior fund manager positions at Prudential Portfolio Managers Ltd.

Mr Buckley is a Fellow at the Institute of Actuaries. He is also a non-executive Director of JPMorgan Asian Investment Trust PLC.

As at the date of this announcement, Mr Buckley was beneficially interested in 12,500 ordinary shares of the Company. There is no other information to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13R in respect of Mr. Buckley.

Douglas Kinloch Anderson and Ben Thomson will be stepping down as non-executive Directors of the Company at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 15 December 2015. Andy Irvine will take over as Senior Independent Director when Mr Thomson steps down.
