FINSBURY GROWTH & INCOME TRUST PLC
Second Interim Dividend
The Board has declared a second interim dividend of 6.2 pence per share in
respect of the year ending 30 September 2014, such dividend will be paid on 10
November 2014 to shareholders on the register on 10 October 2014. The
associated ex-dividend date is 9 October 2014.
The Board does not intend to recommend a final dividend in respect of the year
ending 30 September 2014. The total dividend paid for the year will be 11.3
pence per share (2013: 10.5 pence per share) an increase of 7.6%.
