Second Interim Dividend

The Board has declared a second interim dividend of 7.0 pence per share in respect of the year ended 30 September 2016, such dividend will be paid on 11 November 2016 to shareholders on the register on 14 October 2016. The associated ex-dividend date is 13 October 2016.

The Board does not intend to recommend a final dividend in respect of the year ended 30 September 2016. The total dividend paid for the year will be 13.1 pence per share (2015: 12.1 pence per share).
