Final Dividend for the year to 31 March 2002
The Board has proposed a final dividend, subject to approval by shareholders,
of 7.0p, making a full year payment of 10.3p, an increase of 10%. The dividend
will be paid on 30 August 2002 to shareholders on the register on 26 July 2002.
