Disclosure of Interest In Shares
FirstGroup plc ('the Company') has today received notice that with effect from
28th October 2004 FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and
Fidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries no
longer have a notifiable interest in the ordinary shares of the Company.
