CLARIFICATION AND RETRACTION OF TECHNICAL DISCLOSURE

TORONTO, ONTARIO - (November 08, 2013) Fortune Graphite inc. (GXG Markets:
FORT) (the "Company") announces that as a result of an independent review by
the Company's directors, the Company is issuing the following news release to
clarify certain technical disclosures.

As per the Company's news release "Fortune Graphite Receives Sample Analysis"
issued on October 18th, 2013, it was stated that "Mike Linn, Geologist had
reviewed and approved the technical data for release."

Mike Linn, Geologist, is not a Qualified Person as defined by National
Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101") to
review and approve the technical data for release.

The company is now searching for a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101 to
oversee, review and approve all technical data for future exploration.
