Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. (the "Company") has noted the publication by the
Financial Services Authority of its clarification of the disclosure
requirements for directors of listed companies who grant security over their
shareholdings. The Company accordingly advises that Michael Turner has
beneficial ownership of 87,500 Ordinary `C' shares of 40p each in the Company
which have been registered in the name of Barclayshare Nominees Ltd for many
years under a loan arrangement with Barclays Bank. In the event of a default,
the beneficial ownership of the shares could revert from Mr Turner to Barclays.
These shares represent 0.06% of the total issued share capital and 1.65% of Mr
Turner's total beneficial interests in Company shares.
