Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. ("the Company")
The Company has today been notified that on 26 July 2011 Computershare Trustees
Limited, the trustee of the Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. Share Incentive Plan,
purchased 5,000 40p `A' Ordinary Shares of the Company at £7.00 per share.
The details of this purchase is announced for information purposes because of
the potential interest of Directors and PDMRs in any future allocation of
shares under the Rules of the Company's Share Incentive Plan.
The Company also announces that on 26 July 2011 options have been granted to
the following PDMRs under the SAYE scheme at an option price of £5.47 as
follows:
