Long Term Investment Plan ("LTIP")

Directors' and Persons Dispensing Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")'s
interests in ordinary shares of the Company

Fuller's granted awards to Directors and PDMRs under its LTIP in July 2007.
These awards included both listed "A" ordinary shares of 40p each and unquoted
"B" ordinary shares of 4p each. Half the shares granted were changed to
restricted awards in March 2010. On 19 July 2010, the Company's Remuneration
Committee determined that in accordance with the parameters of the Plan, 70 per
cent of the initial awards would vest.

All participants shown below paid the tax on 50% of their original award in
March from their own funds. The Trustee for the scheme has issued instructions
to sell the shares detailed below to cover the tax due on the remaining 20% of
the vested awards and in accordance with individual sale instructions received.
As at the date of this announcement the share sales have not been completed so
we are not in position to advise the market of the sale price obtained. We will
provide an update announcement once all shares have been sold.

The Remuneration Committee have also resolved to allow Tim Turner who retired
