Talent Group plc announces that John Kaye Cooper has resigned as a director of
Talent and will be leaving the Company on 11th April in order to take up the
position of Controller of Entertainment at ITV plc. The Company has identified
a replacement for Mr Cooper and an announcement will be made in the near
future.

Tony Humphreys, Managing Director of Talent said: "On behalf of everybody at
Talent, I would like to thank John publicly for everything he has done for the
Company over the years. He will be going to one of the few big jobs in
commissioning that is perfect for him and which I know he will love. We wish
him well and look forward to working with him again in his new role in the near
future"

John Kaye Cooper commented: "As a co-founder of Talent Television in 1996, I am
very proud of what we have achieved as a company but the opportunity to return
to ITV was a challenge that was difficult to resist. It also comes at a time of
positive change for the Talent Group, with a new Chairman full of ambitious
plans for the Company and several exciting projects in the pipeline. I want to
thank MD Tony Humphreys for his fantastic support over eleven years. I have
every confidence that the new team will take the company strongly into a new
era."
