DVD licencing deal

Embargoed 0700 hrs, Thurs 21 April 2005 Talent Group plc ('Talent' or 'The Company') New DVD licensing deal for 'Test the Nation' The Board of Talent is pleased to announce the completion of an interactive DVD licensing agreement with Contender Entertainment Group for 'Test the Nation', the long-running interactive event series, made for BBC One by Talent Television Limited, the company's trading subsidiary). The agreement covers the development, distribution and marketing of two interactive DVDs, based on the 'Test the Nation' television format, each to be released to coincide with the 2005 and 2006 pre-Xmas sales periods. Interactive DVDs are one of the fastest growing genres within the family entertainment sector of the UK DVD/Video market and the release of the 'Test the Nation' iDVDs underlines the stated aims of Talent Group to develop, retain and exploit the secondary rights arising from their intellectual television properties.
