The Company has been notified that Robert Benton has transferred 402,503
Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 2.48 per cent. of the issued voting share
capital of the Company, from his personal shareholding to his pension fund at
7p per share. Mr Benton continues to be beneficially interested, through his
pension fund shareholding, in 502,503 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.10 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. The shares held by the
pension fund are registered in the name of Principal Investment Supplementary
Pension Fund (Mr RJ Benton).
