Holding in Company
Following completion of the recent subscriptions of £150,000 and £50,000, as
announced on 8 October 2014 and 29 October 2014 respectively, the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company now comprises 7,259,397 ordinary shares
of 0.1p each. As a result, the Company has been notified of the following
changes to its significant shareholders:
