EP GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES TRUST PLC (the "Company")
Based on a bid price valuation, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary
Share of the Company as at 31 January 2011 was 189.6 pence including estimated
current period revenue and 186.5 pence excluding current period revenue.
This is based on 27,365,480 Ordinary Shares, being the issued capital of
32,654,180 Ordinary Shares less 5,288,700 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
