Senior Management Appointment

                         New Appointment at subsidiary                         

Talent Group plc announces that Jonathan Glazier has agreed to join the board
of Talent Television Limited ("Talent TV"), a subsidiary of Talent, as Director
of Entertainment. He will take up this position at the beginning of June.
Formerly Editor of BBC Light Entertainment and International Formats and Head
of Production and Development at Fox World UK, Glazier returns to Britain from
New Zealand where he was Head of International Production and Development at
Eyeworks, New Zealand and Australia.

Tony Humphreys, Managing Director of Talent said: "We are delighted to have
secured Jonathan who has directed, produced and executive produced many big and
successful prime time shows for both the BBC and ITV. He shares the same values
as Talent for the delivery of high quality productions and is ambitious for

very excited about joining the Company. We have big plans for Talent and I
can't wait to start. British Television is my home, British Television is my
home. I know it well and probably understand it better for having spent some
time away from it. Working in New Zealand has been a wonderfully rewarding time
and having had the opportunity to work with the Eyeworks team, to experience
their creative vision and dynamic attitude was a privilege. However my move to
New Zealand was never meant to be permanent and a return home to be part of the
future of such a well regarded company as Talent is an opportunity not to be
missed. "
