GSC Property Holdings plc

Suspension of shares

GSC Property Holdings plc, the PLUS Markets quoted property investment company,
has requested that its shares be suspended pending completion of the group
audit, in accordance with Rule 48.

The company's auditor expects to be in a position to sign unqualified audit
reports no later than June 10th, and the company will then issue its final
results, following which it will ask for the suspension to be lifted.
