GSC Property Holdings plc
Suspension of shares
The shares of GSC Property Holdings plc, the PLUS Markets quoted property
investment company, were suspended on May 30th 2012 because of the failure to
release the final results of the Company within 5 months of the financial
year-end, in accordance with the rules of PLUS Markets. The final results were
released on June 29th 2012. The shares remain suspended because of an ongoing
dispute between the Company and PLUS Markets over the level of fees charged by
the market for membership. Fees for the year to December 2012 have not
therefore been paid and, until this dispute is resolved, the Company has been
told by PLUS Markets that the suspension will remain in place.
