Hays plc Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme ("DAB")
Following the adoption by shareholders of the DAB at an Extraordinary General
Meeting, held on 3 April 2007, the following participants have purchased
ordinary 1p shares in Hays plc on 8 May 2007 as set out in the table below:

Hays plc will award up to one matching share for each share invested by
participants in September 2009 subject to achieving pre-determined performance
conditions over a three year period detailed in the circular to shareholders
dated 16 March 2007.
