In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a), the Company
hereby notifies you that, on 14 October 2010,  Alan Thomson, a PDMR and
director purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at 123.1p
per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Thomson's interest in the Ordinary share capital
of the Company is 25,000 shares.
