Holders Technology, (AIM: HDT), announces that at the Annual General Meeting of
the Company that was held on 27 April 2012 at the Company's registered office
at Elstree House, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, WD6 1SD all resolutions were duly
passed by shareholders.

The Company also confirms that the Report and Accounts for the year ended 30
November 2011 has been posted to shareholders and is available on the Company's
