Proposals for changes to the management arrangements, change of the Company's
name, the creation and issue of a new class of S Share and an extension of the
Company's life
The Board is today announcing details of proposed changes to its existing
management arrangements together with proposals to change the name of the
Company and to create and raise funds for an S Share Fund including the
approval of proposed performance incentive arrangements for such S Shares Fund.
At the same time, it is also proposed to take the opportunity to extend the
life of the Company and to authorise the Company to use electronic
communications with its Shareholders. The Company is today publishing a
circular to Shareholders ("Circular") providing full information on this and to
convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company. The Extraordinary
General Meeting is to be held at 11.00 am on Tuesday, 9 October 2007 at the
Offices of Matrix Group Limited, One Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 4UH.
