Mobeus VCTs - Linked Offer for Subscription ("the Offer")

The Offer was launched on 29 November 2012 with each of the three participating
Companies offering a maximum of 10 million shares. Due to investor demand, the
Companies announced on 22 March 2013 that the total amount of gross funds which
could be raised pursuant to the terms of the Offer had increased from £21
million to £27 million.

At the close of the Offer on 30 April 2013, gross proceeds of £24.85 million
had been raised with each company raising £8.28 million. Final allotments of
shares under the Offer will be undertaken by 9 May 2013, at which point each
Company will announce the final numbers of shares each has allotted under the
Offer, and the issued share capital of each.
