Issue of Equity
The Company announces that on 29 March 2011 it allotted and issued 78,840 new
Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme ("the
Scheme") at a price of 91.00 pence per share.
The Company further announces that also on 29 March 2011 it allotted and issued
a further 13,141 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the Scheme at a price of
86.70 pence per share to correct an administrative error in the allotment of
shares under the Scheme on 22 February 2011.
Following these allotments the issued share capital of the Company is
39,479,195 Ordinary Shares.
