Joint Offer for Subscription and Issue of Prospectus

The Boards of Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc,
Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc and The Income & Growth VCT plc ("the
Companies") are pleased to announce the launch of a joint offer for
subscription to raise, in aggregate, up to £24 million (as may be increased)
("the Offer").

The Offer is open to existing shareholders and new investors. Investors'
subscriptions will be divided equally between each of the Companies.

The Offer opened on 28 November 2013 and will close at 12.00 noon on 30 April
2014 (unless fully subscribed by an earlier date or otherwise extended or
closed at the Directors' discretion). Investors have the opportunity,
therefore, to invest in both the 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 tax years. However,
persons intending to subscribe for share under the Offer in the 2013/2014 tax
year should note that the deadline for such subscriptions is 12.00 noon on 4
April 2013.

Investors who successfully apply for shares pursuant to the Offer up to the
earlier of the first £12 million being raised or 7 February 2014, will be given
an early investment incentive of additional shares equivalent to 1.25 per cent.

registration document, which together constitute a prospectus ("the
Prospectus"), which was published by the Companies on 28 November 2013. The 
Prospectus will shortly be available for download from the manager's website:

The Prospectus has also been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and
will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism,
