Purchase of shares for cancellation
The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 14 December 2007, it purchased a
total of 322,068 Ordinary Shares of the Company for cancellation at a price of
90.468 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 36,303,436 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
