This announcement amends announcement 40922-44C3B made by the Company at 9.23am
today stating an incorrect purchase price of 1.025 pence. This should have read
102.5 pence as stated below.
Transaction in the Company's own shares
The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 5 February 2014, it purchased
101,720 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of at 102.5 pence per
share for cancellation.
Following these purchases, the Company now has 53,713,707 Ordinary Shares of 1
penny in issue.
