Purchase of shares for cancellation
TriVest VCT plc announces that on 19 March 2007 it purchased 150,000 Ordinary
Shares of the Company for cancellation at a price of 91.72 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 38,878,803 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
Each Ordinary Share has one vote attached to it. Therefore the total number of
Ordinary Shares in the Company and the total voting rights is 38,878,803. This
figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company
under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
