India Hospitality Corp. to Announce Preliminary Results for the Fiscal Year
Ended March 31, 2008
LONDON, June 18 -- India Hospitality Corp. (LSE: IHC, IHC or India
Hospitality) today announced that it will release preliminary operating results
for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2008 on Monday, June 23, 2008. The company
expects to release results after the closing bell of the London Stock Exchange
on June 23. A conference call will follow at 12:00 PM EDT / 5:00 PM GMT to
discuss the results for interested investors, analysts and portfolio managers.
The preliminary results are intended to give an update on the operating
business as well as an update to the overall business climate in India. These
results will be for the 12-month period ended March 31, 2008 for the acquired
companies Mars Restaurants Private Limited and SkyGourmet Catering Private
Limited, respectively. IHC expects to release audited results for the fiscal
year ended March 31, 2008 within the coming weeks. These results will include
an eight-month stub period for the acquired companies -- acquired in July 2007
-- as well as 15-month results for IHC.
