India Hospitality Corp. to Announce Preliminary Results for the Second
Quarter of Fiscal 2009 on December 10, 2008
LONDON, Dec. 5 -- India Hospitality Corp. (LSE: IHC, IHC or India
Hospitality) today announced that it will release preliminary operating
results for the second quarter of fiscal 2009 before the opening of the
London Stock Exchange on Wednesday, December 10. A conference call will
follow at 12:00 PM EST / 5:00 PM GMT to discuss the results for interested
investors, analysts and portfolio managers. Participants in the call will
include acting Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman Richard Foyston
and interim Chief Financial Officer Tim McKinlay.
The preliminary results are intended to give an update on the operating
business as well as an update to the overall business climate in India. These
results will be for the three-month period ended September 30, 2008 for the
acquired companies Mars Restaurants Private Limited and SkyGourmet Catering
Private Limited, respectively.
