CORRECTION Dividend Declaration

The dividend declaration announcement released on 4 September 2019 at 15:02hrs should have stated payment on 18 November 2019 to shareholders on the register on 18 October 2019. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 17 October 2019. All other details remain the same.

HEADLINE:   3^rd Interim Dividend

The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce the 3^rd interim dividend, in respect of the year ended 31 December 2019, of 2.5 pence per Ordinary share. This dividend will be paid on 18 November 2019, to shareholders on the register on 18 October 2019.  The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 17 October 2019.

The Board continues to target total dividends of 10 pence for the current year.
