The Company has today received notification that, following a disposal of
Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company (the "Shares") on 9 May 2006, Morgan
Stanley Securities Limited ("MSSL"), and the group companies which are direct
and indirect holding companies of MSSL, no longer hold a notifiable interest in
the Shares.
