("KEFI Minerals" or the "Company")
ISSUE OF SHARES
KEFI Minerals, an AIM-quoted gold and copper exploration company with projects
in Turkey and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, confirms the appointment of a new
metallurgist consultant, Mr. Sergio Di Giovanni.
KEFI Minerals will utilise his services to assess the metallurgical aspects of
potential acquisition opportunities in Saudi Arabia and Turkey.
As part of the terms of his employment contract, Mr. Di Giovanni has been
issued 400,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.25p per Ordinary Share (the
"Salary Shares") and will receive further salary as set out in the terms of his
contract.
Application has been made to admit the Salary Shares to AIM and dealings in the
Salary Shares should commence on 23 July 2010.
Following the issue of the salary shares the total number of issued shares in
the share capital of the Company is 280,129,259 Ordinary Shares.
