The Company was today notified, that Schroder Investment Management Limited
have an interest in 6,128,035 ordinary shares in the Company which are held in
portfolios on a discretionary basis for clients under investment management
agreements.

Included in this figure are:

1,832,948 shares held in unit trusts operated and managed by an affiliated
company Schroder Unit Trusts Limited and registered or to be registered in the
name of Chase Nominees Limited.

4,295,087 shares neither registered nor to be registered in the name of
Schroder Nominees.

A subsidiary, Schroder Investment Management North America Ltd is managing
Portfolios on a similar basis holding a further 281,435 shares. These shares
are registered or to be registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.

Schroder Investment Management Limited, their subsidiary and affiliated company
are therefore interested in an overall aggregate of 6,409,470 shares,
representing 9.751% of the total number of shares in issue.
