Keller Group plc was advised on 26 April 2006 that Terratest Tecnicas
Especiales SA ("Terratest") sold 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a
price of 492p per share on 26 April 2006. Terratest is a connected person of Mr
Pedro Lopez Jimenez, a non-executive director of the Company.

Following this sale, the holding of Terratest in ordinary shares of the Company
is 3,691,985 representing 5.63% of the Company's issued share capital.
