Exercise of Warrants

The Company announces that 3,744,939 ordinary shares of 5p each have been
issued following the exercise of warrants at an exercise price of 25p each.
This figure represents the balance of outstanding warrants and the warrants now
cease to have any value.

In addition, the Company has allotted 39,980 new shares of 5p each for cash at
a price of 32.5p, being the average closing middle market price of the
Company's shares on the London Stock exchange for the five business days 31
October to 4 November inclusive, to increase its issued share capital to
30,000,000 shares of 5p each.

Application will be made for the 3,784,919 new shares in the Company to be
admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. An announcement will be made
shortly of the date that dealings in these new ordinary shares, which will rank
pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares, will commence.
