MediaZest Plc (the "Company") Directorate Change MediaZest plc today announces that Sean Reel has informed the Board of his wish to stand down from his role as Chairman and CEO of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Reel will however, continue as a consultant to the Company on a part-time basis. With immediate effect the board announces that Geoff Robertson, the current Finance Director will also take up the role of Chief Executive Officer and Lance O'Neill, currently a Non-Executive Director, will become Non Executive Chairman. Furthermore, the board is pleased to announce that Andrew Brian Hawkins (age 44) has been appointed Sales Director, also with immediate effect. Mr Hawkins has worked in the media and advertising sector for approximately 20 years, holding senior positions within Yorkshire Television's radio division, at Granada TV (heading up the launch of their satellite and cable channels) and at The Media Vehicle as Managing Director. Geoff Robertson, commented that; "Sean was a founding shareholder of MediaZest and the board thanks him for his contribution to the business. We are delighted to welcome Andy to the board, who brings a wealth of insight and experience within the creative digital media sector."
