The Company is pleased to announce that the offer of 20 million C Shares in the
Company, constituted by the terms of a prospectus dated 20 September 2005 ("the
Prospectus") (the "Offer") which was due to close on 3 April 2006 will remain
open until 5 April 2006 in order to satisfy continuing investor demand.

Applications for C Shares will be dealt with on a first come first served
