Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc (the "Company")

Issue of Equity
The Company announces that on 7 May 2013 it allotted and issued 151,830 new
Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 115.6 pence per share.
Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence
on 10 May 2013.
Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 35,141,001
Ordinary Shares.
These new shares in the Company have been issued subsequent to the linked offer
for subscription with Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc and The Income & Growth
VCT plc launched on 29 November 2012 ("the Offer"), with each of the three
participating companies offering a maximum of 10 million shares.
At the close of the Offer on 30 April 2013, gross proceeds of £24.85 million
have been raised to date under the Offer of which £8.28 million has been raised
for Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc. 6,951,240 new Ordinary Shares have been
allotted in total under the Offer.
