Purchase of shares for cancellation
Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 28 September 2012 it
purchased for cancellation 64,373 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 100.25
pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 28,918,840 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
