Purchase of shares for cancellation
Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 26 June 2013 it purchased
for cancellation 47,500 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 103 pence per
share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 35,262,865 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
