Notification of change in Director's details

Peter Oswald, chief executive officer Europe & International Division and
executive director of Mondi Limited and Mondi plc, has been appointed a member
of the supervisory board of MIBA AG, an automotive supplier company listed on
the Austrian Stock Exchange, with effect from 27 June 2014.

This disclosure is made to comply with LR 9.6.14 R of the Listing Rules.
