The Company announces that Ben Felton, a Board Director and the Company's Chief
Financial Officer, has advised the Board that he will be resigning with effect
from 30 March 2014 to take up a senior position in a larger organisation. A
process to find his replacement is underway and Ben will oversee the full year
audit process. The Company expects to announce its full year results in April
2014.

Norman Broadbent is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Whitehouse as
Head of the Arcus Global Partners interim management practice with immediate
effect. Justin is joining Arcus Global Partners ("Arcus"), the Company's wholly
owned subsidiary specialising in contingent search, executive RPO and interim
management, from Green Park Interim & Executive Search. Prior to Green Park,
Justin co-founded his own successful interim recruitment firm.

Justin joins the Group following the subscription on 22 October 2013 which
raised £700,000, with the funds primarily being used to accelerate the growth
of Arcus and the Company's social media recruitment and consultancy business,
Connecting Corporates.
