At the Annual General Meeting of Norman Broadbent plc to be held at 11:00am
today, Pierce Casey, Chairman, will make the following statement:

"Since reporting the financial results for the year to 31 December 2012 on 25
April 2013, I am pleased to report that there has been an upturn, albeit
modest, in UK and international search revenues, along with continued good
progress in our new ventures.

"Combined with improving business sentiment, we remain optimistic."
