One Media iP Group Plc (AIM: OMIP), the digital media content provider, which
consolidates, exploits and monetises intellectual property rights around music
and video, is pleased to announce that it has completed the grant of 700,000
share options which have been equally shared by seven of its key staff working
in its principal subsidiary company (One Media iP Ltd) at an `exercise price'
of 14.5p per share under the 2011 EMI (Enterprise Management Incentives) plan.

The grant is part of the long term incentive plan to employees.

The Directors of One Media iP Group Plc, are not participating in this grant.

Following this grant the issued share capital of One Media iP Group Plc remains
unchanged at 70,703,698 ordinary shares.

catalogue of over 200,000 music tracks and over 7,000 hours of video by
recompiling the content for sale through over 600 digital music and video

the content, create the metadata and re-compile and prepare the digital music &
