The Company has been notified today pursuant to the Companies Act 1985 that FMR
Corp (parent holding company of Fidelity Management and Research Company
(FMRCO)) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity International
Limited (FIL) - parent holding company for various direct and indirect
subsidiaries including Fidelity Investment Services Ltd (FISL), Fidelity
Pension Management (FPM), investment manager for various non-US investment
companies and institutional clients, has a notifiable interest in 1,918,294
ordinary shares in our Company, representing 4.01% of the issued share capital,

(h) of the Companies Act 1985.
