HOLDING IN COMPANY & DIRECTOR'S DEALINGS
The Company was notified on 3 December 2010 that Mrs J Yates had sold 542,268
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at an average price
of ZAR1.10 per Share, for a total consideration of ZAR593,453.33.
Mr Robert Still, a non-executive director of the Company, is an immediate
family member of Mrs J Yates. Mr Still is therefore deemed to have an
indirect, non-beneficial interest in Mrs Yates's holding in the Company.
