in Company’; it should have been released under ‘Transaction in Own Shares’.

Transaction in own Ordinary Shares
The Company announces that on 2 September 2013 it purchased in the market
25,000 ordinary shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1031.0p
per share for cancellation.
Following this transaction, there are 34,282,013 Ordinary Shares in issue, none
of which are held in treasury.
In total, since the Company started buying back shares in August 2011 it has
acquired, for investment purposes, 3,239,000 ordinary shares and 4,661,000
redeemable shares, representing approximately 10.46% of the shares then
outstanding.
