Transaction in own Redeemable Shares

The Company announces that on 25 August 2011 it purchased in the market 400,000
redeemable shares of 1p each ("Redeemable Shares") at a price of 685 pence per
share for holding in Treasury.
Following this transaction, there are 37,973,534 Redeemable Shares in issue, of
which 500,000 are held in Treasury.
The Redeemable Shares are non-voting. The total number of voting rights in the
Company will be unchanged at 37,521,013 and this figure may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they should
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their
interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
