Director/PDMR Shareholding

                            Directors' shareholding                            

The Company has been advised that earlier today Andrew Perloff, Executive
Chairman of the Company, and Harold Perloff granted 60,000 and 30,000 call
options to acquire ordinary shares in Panther at a price of 367.5p per share at
any time up to 5th October, 2011, respectively. John Perloff, John Doyle and
Simon Peters, all directors of the Company, were each granted 20,000 of the
above call options, with the balance being granted to certain other persons.

The interests of the above persons, other than the above grants of call
options, are as follows:

* Andrew Perloff and his family trusts have beneficial interests in shares
owned by Portnard Limited, a company under their control, amounting to
7,737,336 Ordinary Shares, representing 45.52 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.

In addition, Harold Perloff holds 895,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.27
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
